Return & Refund Policy
Customers may request a full refund within 7 days of receiving their order. To initiate a return, customers must first email clear photos of the item's condition for review and approval. Once the return is approved, the item must be shipped back to us, and customers must provide a copy of the shipping receipt as proof of return shipment in order to receive their refund. Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and we are not liable for any shipping expenses, shipping delays, or lost packages during the return process.
